The position is 40 hours per week and office basedEppendorf CryoTech is a leading life science company that designs & develops ultra low temperature freezers for liquid handling in laboratories worldwide.We are currently looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join our team in Maldon.About the role:Write specific code that creates new programs to ULT freezers in order to satisfy user requirements as well as develop existing programs by adding features or making them more efficientProvide specific documentation related to product design to meet regulatory compliance, ISO 9001 and organization requirementsDevelop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures. Guide Testing Engineers on testing execution. Make adjustments until programs work reliably as requiredAnalyse Testing results, understand product improvement opportunities and drive implementation of changesFeed software technology roadmap pipeline by targeting feasible and valuable features and solutions to the end-users. Rely on different sources to research, analyse and invent high performance and differentiated programsAssist on quality complains from the field by providing technical support, understanding root cause and discussing potential product risks.
