Contract Business Analyst - Privilege Access Management PAM

As a trusted partner to one of the world's largest banks, we have been tasked with recruiting a Contract Business Analyst to be responsible for supporting the implementation of Identity and Access Management, specialising in Privilege Access Management. Strong knowledge and experience of PAM ideally, Integration with other tools/applications where the PAM can integrate.

Key responsibilities include:

*Work with PAM technical leads to understand business requirements, enterprise IT standards and other considerations that influence how PAM should work in the organization.

*Work with the broader IT security, risk and compliance organization to interpret policies and standards, ensuring policies and standards are properly followed by the PAM Solution.

* Understanding of security risk and implementation of mitigating controls

*Provisioning of accounts in PAM solution if needed.

*Liaising with internal stakeholders to understand business processes

*Mapping business requirements to technical requirements

*Designing secure patterns for Identity Flows

*Supporting the team with process, run books, on-boarding documentation

*Working with the international teams to capture requirements from the various stakeholders.

*Gathering findings from internal and external audit to help shape requirements for the next phase of the project.

*Working closely with the PM to deliver per schedule.

Key skills include some of the following (not all essential);

*Privilege Access Management experience with business analysis or technical/functional design and implementation experience of configuring and integrating PAM in a financial services environment

*Definition, assessment, and governance of process, procedures, and controls for privilege access management

*Delivering PAM to meet compliance requirements

*Proven experience on working on a PAM Solution.

*A detailed and proven understanding of account management within highly complex environments.

*Proven understanding of current best practice approach to security assurance and the application of security frameworks

*Planning and prioritising multiple work streams in response to rapidly developing and changing portfolios

*Experience with business analysis, solution design in other cybersecurity domains

*Experience of supplier and third party risk management

*Active Directory basic to intermediate knowledge

*Inside IR35 (PAYE Umbrella): This contract is offered on a PAYE basis (via an umbrella company). The day rate is £800-1080pd and this is the total amount we would pay your nominated umbrella. It is inclusive of holiday accrual and employer pension contributions. All statutory deductions (both Employers and Employee NI, Income Tax, Apprenticeship Levy, etc.) will be deducted from this figure.
