This role supports the delivery of the Vehicle Dynamics customer experience through implementation of strategic change projects. This in turn will ensure that Vehicle Dynamic attributes are delivered as efficiently and effectively as possible, in line with Jaguar Land Rover's business objectives. In addition, this role will work on workforce capability and capacity planning and managing cultural and behavioural aspects of people change. Provide expert analysis and advice on the delivery of change management approaches in programmes and projects

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

* Deliver projects utilising Agile project management techniques to ensure the delivery and achievement of planned outcomes to support the achievement of strategic business objectives within Vehicle Dynamics
* Work on projects and work streams; from scoping to delivery and including cross-functional engagement and stakeholder management ensuring project delivery to required timescale, quality and cost
* Work with the operational business to understand current processes and to document and prioritise requirements for changes and additions
* Management of required Governance, including milestone reporting, project status reporting, financial reporting and risk and issue management
* To implement effective change management in response to business requirements
* Provide support to enable change management practises and tools to be utilised ensuring business benefits are delivered and changed processes are implemented
* Support cross-functional forums to drive increased improvements of Organisation processes and practices in the business
* Support the identification of anticipated resistance using change management techniques and tools
* Contribute to the preparation of a Communications plan ensuring that communications are managed consistently


What you'll need

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Essential:
* Previous experience in a similar role in Project Management with track record of delivery
* Methodical detailed approach to work context
* Analytical skills to identify how one issue can impact on another and put in place the required interventions through support or from own knowledge base
* Ability to present complex data & issues to a varied audience
* Experience of Problem Resolution using structured approaches
* Ability to manage risks and issues
* Negotiation and adaptability skills
* A solid understanding of managing people effectively through change and the change process
* Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools and how to apply these in practice

Desirable:
* Fundamental understanding of Vehicle Dynamics
* Agile Product Owner training
* Experience of process mapping / process improvement
* Training and Facilitation Skills
* Relationship management skills, influencing and stakeholder communication skills, both written and verbal
* Acute business acumen and understanding of organisational issues and challenges
* A recognised and accredited Change management qualification
* Relevant degree or equivalent experience preferred
