Embedded Software Engineers - Firmware are sought by this highly successful developer of cutting-edge high-speed communications systems to be based at their R+D Centres in either Dortmund, Lausanne or Copenhagen. The Embedded Software Engineers - Firmware will be responsible for the development embedded software and firmware for emerging high speed communication technology. The Embedded Software Engineers - Firmware will be working at 32-bit microprocessor / microcontroller level writing C and C++ based software. You will be confident developing embedded C/C++ software preferably in a 32-bit microprocessor environment. Your experience should include developing real time embedded software for multi-platform applications. You should be happy interfacing to hardware and peripherals including I2C / SMBus, SPI JTAG etc. Any exposure to Assembly, Python, High Speed / Low Speed communications would be beneficial. Candidates need to be already based and fully authorised to work in the EU. The successful candidates can expect a dynamic, friendly working environment.
