Working directly with this well-established commercial and domestic refuse management company we have been asked to assist with the recruitment of an IT Support Specialist to join their in-house team in Fareham.

As the IT Support Specialist, you will be working within a Windows Server Environment with Office 365 and SharePoint applications and a Mitel telephone platform. This position is based in Fareham but may require some travel to other UK sites as required.

Skills:

* Microsoft 365 and desktop support

* Microsoft Active Directory

* Microsoft Windows 10

* Microsoft Office Suite

* Experience of supporting and configuring desktops, laptops, Android devices and printers

* Good customer service skills

* In-depth knowledge of hardware and software

* Network management/monitoring (Desirable)

* Network cabling (Desirable)

Serving as the first point of contact for IT support within the organisation the Successful IT Support Specialist will assist with diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues and ensuring the security of all computers and servers. This is a great opportunity for a confident self -motivated support engineer looking for a new challenge in a national company. Joining a small team there is plenty of scope for progression.

Salary: £24,000 to £34,000 + benefits
