Technical Project Manager - Outside IR35 - Fully Remote - Immediate Start Location: Fully Remote

Rate: £400 - £600 per day (depending on experience)

Start date: ASAP My client, a US East Coast-based firm, are seeking a Technical Project Manager to immediately join them for an exciting project!Responsibilities for Technical Project Manager:Work across two parallel streams of development, ensuring scope and budget are accurately tracked and reported, and any risks are raised clearly and early.Analyse, plan, and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects.Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all team members are actively working toward established milestones.Take responsibility for resolving blockers encountered by the sprint team to ensure continued movement of activity.Facilitate booking of sprint ceremonies, stakeholder interviews, playback sessions.Takes ownership for the product backlog, liaising with the development team and stakeholders to ensure stories are well refined, estimated, and prioritised.Works with the team, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision-making to support organizational objectives.Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives, regularly review progress against agreed commercial milestones.Manage project budgets and timelines, RAID and RACI documentsProduce weekly project status updates, delivery forecasts and sprint allocationsInitial 3-months will be focused on Data Engineering and mining dataThe following 6-months will be focused on Data Visualisation using Tabluea Requirements:Strong knowledge of Agile principles and concepts, specifically scrum.Strong communication, organisational, analytical, and team collaboration skills.Experience with Agile project management/sprint tracking and reporting tools (Ideally Azure DevOps. Alternatively, Jira).Experience with sprint activity reporting and best practice metrics to track project progression and status.Experience with TablueaExcellent time management and organisational skills, and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others.Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising teams.Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality.Experience working with an entirely remote team.Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Not essential but preferred:Happy to support later calls (after 17:00) - Customer is US based (East Coast).
