Job description Leading customer experience and digital transformation projects Extensive stakeholder management, gathering requirements, presenting prototypes etc.Conducting User research to stay up to date with the latest trendsLiaising with senior team memebers in business development Leading a team of junior designers, coaching and mentoring.Skills and experience Understanding of utilising qualitative and quantitative data to created designs that are evidence basedConducting user research to gather dataGood understanding of UX practices and strong design skills in UI Proficient in creative tools such as Adobe suite, Figma, Sketch, InVision etc.Ability to bridge the gap between initial and final designs by staying on course with planning.
