Infrastructure Team Leader (Assistant Manager)

Salary: Up to £65k + benefits package

Location: London or Bristol (2 days in office and 3 days remote)

Our client is looking to hire an Infrastructure Team Lead to join their growing team, and support the IT infrastructure including server, storage, network, data, and applications. The role will involve assistant in the management of the Infrastructure Team which consists of 9 people, helping with the direct management of 4 people.

The successful candidate will have very good experience with Microsoft's Modern Management products such as Intune and Azure AD, as well as a good knowledge of Windows 10 and iOS devices.

*Office 365 / Azure IaaS stack - Exchange Online, Teams

*SCCM Current branch including software/ Operating system deployment including patch management deployment.

*Azure AD

*Windows 10 and iOS devices

*VMware vSphere

*TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing and vLAN

*Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, and Citrix NetScaler

Role Overview

The focus of the role will be on overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Infrastructure Team, being the primary escalation point for Team members. This will include the monitoring of BAU activities, and the allocation project work as allocated by the IT Operation Manager.
