Lead Developer - Remote, Between £75,000 - £80,000+BonusMy client I recently starting working with is going through a huge growth phase after a huge investment was approved focusing primarily on Azure Cloud technology constantly evolving and having a forward thinking approach to new development ideas and applications.They are a medical information company that provide technology-enabled solutions to the global life sciences, pharmaceutical and wider healthcare sectors. developAssist with and implement system deployments using CI/CDMentor other members of the Development TeamParticipate in any other duties which the Senior Software Developer is qualified and / or

sufficiently experienced to undertakeLead, motivate and co-ordinate the software developers in your team, ensuring that they receive core skills and technical training, career development and SMART delivery objectives and appraisalsRecruitment and staff selection, to manage the training and development of staff and to be responsible for staff appraisalsSkills & QualificationsExperience in all aspects of the software development lifecycle in a B2C cloud based technical data publishing environment.Strong knowledge of Microsoft .NET Application Lifecycle Management (Visual Studio 2022, Azure, Azure DevOps)Strong knowledge of C#, .NET 6, ASP.NET core, EF Core, ASP.NET MVCStrong knowledge of REST, JSON, XML SchemasStrong knowledge of Azure Functions, Cosmos DB, Azure Service Bus, Azure AADB2CStrong knowledge of data management, noSQL and analyticsExperience of Agile and Scrum methodologiesStrong knowledge of Cloud Native development and serverless technologiesStrong knowledge of full stack web based software developmentStrong practical understanding of service-orientated architectures, micro-services, clean architecture, domain-driven designWork with the business to understand requirements to translate these to technical requirements for the development teamSupport the development team in terms of code quality and reviews, supporting technology decisions, and assisting with architecting of complex distributed cloud based systems.Understand the systems at a detailed technical level and define implementation optionsAid with the planning of projects, sprints and milestonesBenefitsDiscretionary Annual Bonus of up to 10% depending on company performancePrivate Medical Insurance, after successful completion of probation periodCompany Statutory Pension Contributions of 4%, with employee contribution of 5%.
