Infrastructure Support Engineer - 6 months - £200 outside IR35 WFH

Description of Role:

My client has a support Team each team offer 1st,2nd line incident management and are fully aware of the service catalogue to assist users with there requests.

Key Responsibilities:

1st and 2nd line support to users based across a number of officesProvide MDM (Intune & Autopilot) support to usersResponsible for the Leavers process, asset recovery and asset managementHelp users with their device issues, manage tickets, on-board users to their Virtual MachinesOn-board users to the MDM of choiceDevice and Virtual Machines Support

Skills and Experience:
