CRM Administrator - Birmingham - £32,500 + Bonus A European market leader in the hygiene industry are looking for a CRM Administrator to join their in-house team.You will be working across the sales team to ensure data input is accurate. You will be working hands on with data to organise and train end users to maintain data hygiene across the company. You will be working on dashboards, views and entities to improve end user experience of using the system. The client are offering a starting salary of £32,500 + bonus, along with training and opportunities to progress internally. The right candidate will be in the office 4 days per week.To apply, you should have:Experience and practice using Dynamics CRM.Experience creating dashboards, work flows, views and entities.Confidence working on MS Excel - handling, organising and cleansing data and creating reports.Excellent communication skills to work across the team and train users.
