As an NLP Data Scientist, you will join the growing Data and Technology team where you will be responsible for analysing and developing NLP models for text classification to tag consumer transaction data. Some of your other tasks will include developing Cloud infrastructure and data pipelines for wrapping models into API calls, conducting exploratory data analysis for commercial, auditing, and compliance teams, and taking ownership of developing machine learning models and managing deployment.

The company is based in London although, you will only be expected to be in 1 days a week.

Requirements:

• You are a talented Data Scientist who has excellent knowledge of SQL and Python for data analysis
• You have strong experience working in NLP
• You have previous experience building and deploying machine learning models onto a cloud provider (ideally Azure)
• You ideally have a degree in a STEM subject such as statistics or computer science
• You have excellent communication and collaboration skills
