Excellent opportunity for a Business Development Manager looking to join to join a well-established family run waste company where you can develop your communication and management skills through great access to internal training.

This company are looking to continue their growth within their specialist waste sector, expanding and adapting the business into new electrical waste projects. They are based in Sheffield but operate nationwide and parts of Europe, they are looking for experienced forward thinking business development managers to add their own mark and personality to the business.

In this role, you will be managing key accounts nationwide and in Europe using your communication and negotiation skills. Building relationships with existing clients and seeking new business, being a key point of contact for them whilst providing advice and support with your expertise in the waste industry.

This role would ideally suit a Business Development Manager from a background in the waste industry, who is self-driven and motivated to achieve targets so would also consider candidates from a sales background or experience in other industries.

The Role:

* Managing existing accounts and generating new leads.

* Building rapport and offering advice to existing clients.

*Travelling nationwide and sometimes Europe.

The Person:

*Business Development experience ideally within waste industry.

*Brilliant communication skills.

*Confident in generating new leads

*Full UK driver's license

*Live commutable to Sheffield, South Yorkshire.
