Ruby Developer (TDD Ruby on Rails). Are you a talented technologist seeking a highly impactful role as a Ruby Developer? You could be joining a fast-growing global FinTech that is disrupting the pensions marketplace through its advanced technology platform.

As a Ruby Developer you will be joining an Agile squad of around 10 engineers. Clean coding and TDD is paramount within the team and you'll Pair with other engineers and receive mentoring from more experienced developers, take part in peer code reviews and collaborate to solve complex business problems. The company runs regular hackathons to encourage different ways of thinking and trying new ideas and you'll be able to contribute and present to senior management.

You will be required to go into the company's offices 10 days a month where you can enjoy a modern and spacious working environment with perks including; yoga classes, massage service, pool tables, games consoles, a roof terrace, a canteen and more!

Requirements:

You have very good knowledge of Ruby and experience using Ruby on Rails

You have strong knowledge of TDD and clean coding with experience using testing tools

You have a good understanding of Computer Science fundamentals

You have excellent communication and collaboration skills
