Senior Network Planner

East Anglia

Up to £55,000 + Excellent Benefits + Remote Working

They aim to do this by working closely with rural communities and through recruiting the best and brightest individuals within the industry to design and build their network. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong understanding of network technology (GPON, WDM, fibre, radio), experience creating network designs, and experience within a similar role dealing with subcontractors

The Role:

*Reporting to the Architecture & Design Manager.

*Responsible for managing all aspects of the network design process including creating network designs.

*Manage the planning and design stage to ensure that time, quality, and cost objectives are being met.

*Supervise external design teams and contractors.

*Work alongside other members of the business to ensure the success of network roll out.

*Can be fully WFH.

The Person:

*Experience within a telecoms build infrastructure environment in a similar position.

*Excellent understanding of networking technology: including GPON, WDM, fibre and radio.

*Experience creating network designs for both overhead and underground infrastructure,

*Knowledge and experience with GIS and CAD in a telecoms network environment.

*Invested in own learning and development and comfortable working autonomously. Reference Number: BBBH153461
