Deployment and Change Management Specialist - London 2 days / Remote 3 days - £525 per day inside IR35. My client requires a Deployment and Change Management Specialist - London 2 days / Remote 3 days - £525 per day inside IR35 responsible for leading deployment and change management activities with customers, including: ·Responsible for development, execution and maintenance of customer product deployment plans. Customer deployments can be of multi-million dollar in value and of 3 months-9 months duration. ·Responsible for development, execution and maintenance of product comms/change management plans.Works closely with operational leadership roles for successful customer deployment. Takes strategic direction from start-up co-founders/CEOs and responsible for managing the interfaces with the customer project team and Dynamo product managers and engineering team to ensure user adoption. ·Co-ordinate and facilitate Dynamo demos with superusers and deliver end user training to global audiences. Collate feedback and ensure feedback loop is closed with relevant stakeholders. ·Develop training content including training videos, end user guides and FAQs ·Leads deployment activity for Customers/Functions/Regions where applicable (mainly remotely and onsite when possible). Identify and manage interdependencies with various product deployments as it pertains to customer plans. ·Deliver and execute benefit realisation framework to capture customer value and account success Additional Information ·This individual should have a strong digital background such as experience from project management of digital projects or digital product management. ·This Individual should have a track record of successfully deploying digital solutions to enterprise customers and be comfortable in independently leading customer engagements, including comms and change management activities. Many of our customers may have internal change management functions already, this individual should be able to work closely with those functions and coach them where required. ·This individual should have excellent communication skills (verbal and written), to create and deliver training to our customers. ·This individual is expected to be comfortable with Agile/SCRUM. ·This role will interface directly with executive stakeholders both internal and external and therefore should be capable of handling difficult situations and trusted to make the right calls for my client
