Experienced Oracle Fusion Supply Chain and P2P (Purchase to Pay) Functional Consultant required to provide business as usual, day to day functional system support.

In this role, you should be able to provide Functional, Technical and Configuration knowledge focusing on Oracle Fusion SCM & P2P area. Additional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials, Projects, HCM and User Management is preferable but not essential. Key Accountabilities: Understand from the business (working with Directors, Programme Managers, Resource Managers and Process Owners etc.) what information they require to deliver their requirements.Using expertise in the Application Platform and in how it supports business process, proposes technical solutions (seeking to exploit existing tools and technologies).To provide business analysis services (requirements gathering, process design and improvement) and business change services in support of CIO projects, tasks and services.Produces effective work plans and documentation to support the team through development and upgrades.Maintain a full understanding of the functional configuration of the application to be able to provide business support and troubleshooting of errors.Acts as the leading functional expert for business capability within their specific functional area.Additional accountabilities for this job profile may be defined and appointed through the Chief Engineer Management Arrangements, with appointees listed within the Company Design Authorities and Technical Authorities, as held in the company management system. Key Responsibilities: Work with the business sponsors and key users to understand and develop business processes and produce plans for implementation of changes to the AWE Business system.Provide problem diagnosis for the AWE Business System.Work effectively with Oracle Developers and Application DBAs to resolve issues.Monitoring Oracle for patches and upgrades appropriate to the functional modules.Participate in testing activities for changes and upgrades.Support the business in the design of new processes and changes to existing processes.Maintain configuration baseline documentation e.g. BR100, Functional Specifications. Experience:Good business knowledge in the Supply Chain & P2P (Purchase to Pay) functional area and role.Maintain a full understanding of the functional configuration of the application to be able to provide business support and troubleshooting of errors.Proven experience configuring within the Oracle Fusion application modules is preferred. Oracle R12 experience will be considered, as training can be offered.The successful candidate will have a track record of working in a similar role as an Oracle Supply Chain P2P Functional Consultant. Skills:Strong understanding of the Supply Chain & P2P business environment and constraints to add value through the definition and delivery of information available from the Oracle Fusion SCM modulesAbility to communicate with stakeholders (internal and external) at all levelsUnderstanding of SQL and ability to define queriesAble to manage conflict while maintaining positive working relationshipsConfident with initiating and driving change to achieve resultsStrong written, verbal and presentation skillsPersonal credibilityGood understanding of Data Protection Act requirementsFlexible working will be considered #LI-CEJ
