Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

* Organisatie Just in time order/transport/delivery

* Opbouw netwerk en vertrouwensrelatie met leveranciers en transporteurs met goeie voorwaarden. Je evalueert de leveranciers en transporteurs, je ziet toe op een correcte naleving van de afgesproken voorwaarden en je stuurt bij waar nodig.

* Beheer van Magazijn IN en OUT: alle transportbewegingen visualiseren en voorstellen tot het best mogelijk logistiek beheer.

* Digitalisering (opzetten interne digitale stromen, doorgeven orders aan de klant, digitale communicatie naar leveranciers, on the spot registratie van voorraadbewegingen, etc.)

* Forecasting en planning, voorraadbeheer en kostenefficiëntie

* Initiatief voor optimalisatieprojecten en reorganisaties doorvoeren waar nodig

For our branch in the Zele region, we are looking for an experienced logistics manager.

Your responsibilities

* Organisation of just-in-time order/transport/delivery

* Building up a network and a relationship of trust with suppliers and hauliers with good conditions. You evaluate the suppliers and transporters, you ensure that the agreed conditions are correctly observed and you make adjustments where necessary.

* Management of warehouse IN and OUT: visualising all transport movements and proposing the best possible logistic management.

* Digitalisation (setting up internal digital flows, passing on orders to customers, digital communication to suppliers, on-the-spot registration of stock movements, etc.).

* Forecasting and planning, stock management and cost efficiency

* Initiative for optimisation projects and implementing reorganisations where necessary
