I am currently recruiting for an Operations Analyst position. My client is a highly regarded pensions company based in South London, known for their innovation and strong track record within the pension sector. They are non-for-profit, with an emphasis on an ethical approach. This is a really exciting opportunity due to the client currently experiencing a period of intense growth with the role itself reporting directly to the Senior Operations Analyst. Looking to start ASAP.Role requirements;
* Providing specialist technical support within Investment Operations of the Investment team.
* Proactively finding and implementing improved efficiencys within daily tasks.
* Monitoring Stale price, Fair Value and Swing scenarios.
* Analysis of trading positions, performance attribution and price comparisons in relation to Index movements.
* Chairing quarterly Finance and Investment Operations meetings.
* Active monitoring of Third-party trade allocation systems.
Profile requirements;
* Graduate or 1 years experience working within the financial industry
* Experience within the financial markets
* Excel proficiency (including VBA or willingness to learn)
* Self motivated, disciplined and organised.
