Peterborough (Commutable from: Spalding, Bourne, Stamford, Huntingdon, March, and Corby)Are you a Technical Coordinator, from a Construction / Housing background, looking to join a rapidly expanding company, offering great career development and progression opportunities?On offer is a varied role where you will be assisting with designs and organising teams, as well as coordinating a range of construction projects.This well-established business are undergoing a period of expansion, looking to rapidly grow their technical team to support the exciting company future ambitions. Working regionally on a variety of projects within the Construction and Housing industry, they have great plans to triple turnover in the coming years, and so need an additional coordinator to support this growth, making now a brilliant time to join.This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and technical knowledge whilst ensuring the smooth operation of the business as a key and valuable asset.This role will suit someone from a Construction / Housing background, looking to join a growing company, where you can develop your expertise.The Role:Coordinating various Residential Development / Construction projectsAssisting with technical designs using CAD packages (AutoCAD)Communicating with external consultantsOffice based role with occasional site visitsThe Person:Technical CoordinatorExperience working with CAD (desirably AutoCAD)Ideally experience working for a house builder / developer (not essential)Construction and technical knowledge
