Position: M365 2nd Line Support Analyst/Modern Work Support AnalystDuration: 3 months rollingLocation: Home based contractOutside IR35 Scope of workThe Modern Work/M365 Support Analyst position will focus on needs analysis, requirement gathering, documentation and support of multi-tenant M365 environments.The Modern Work/M365 Support Analyst will ideally have a background in SharePoint support and administration, with experience of supporting additional tools within Office 365 such as Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, the Power Platform as well as good knowledge of the security and compliance features.Required ExperienceExperience of second line support for Microsoft 365 services and workloads.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong ability to prioritise varied workloads across different environments.Demonstrable skills in business analysis and requirements documentation.Ability to build and maintain effective relationships within the company and with clients.In-depth knowledge of the features of Microsoft 365, including at least two of the following: SharePoint OnlineOneDrive for BusinessMicrosoft TeamsAzure ADMicrosoft Security and Compliance PackageKnowledge of on-premise infrastructure for SharePoint (2010/2013).(but not essential)Basic knowledge of PowerShell and scripting
