Security Engineer / Architect London to £70k

Security Engineer / Architect *Hybrid WfH*. Are you a skilled Security Engineer / Architect seeking a role where you can make a real impact, take ownership and progress your career in a senior, hands-on position?

You could be joining a long-established specialist insurance company that provide white-labelled services to a range of manufacturers and retailers as they undergo a massive tech transformation.

As a Security Engineer / Architect you will collaborate with the CISO and act as a trusted advisor of information security compliance, risk and assurance for the international business. You'll help to define, shape and deliver the information security strategy ensuring that security capabilities are deployed, threat actors are identified, risks are understood and appropriate plans are embedded to achieve the target maturity state. You'll act as a SME, providing information and recommendations to senior stakeholders and providing trusted advice to the development team.

There's a remote interview process, following that you'll join colleagues in the Wimbledon office 2-3 days a week with flexibility; there's a relaxed atmosphere with casual dress code.

Requirements:

You have a strong knowledge of security and control frameworks such as ISF SOGP, IRAM, ISO2700x, PCI-DSS, CobiT, CIS and ITIL

You have experience with cyber threat mitigation, information security and risk management, third party assurance, project management

You hold one of the following certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA or other relevant information security credentials

You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
