Senior Business Analyst - Perm - Financial ServicesDoncaster
£55,000 - £60,000 per annum
A UK leader within the motor finance sector are currently searching for a Senior Business Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis.
You will act as an intermediary between the business and technical communities, working alongside IT project teams to lead and deliver the functional integrity of solutions on projects including continuous improvement within customer journey and regulatory pieces across the internal IT function.
As part of a wider BA team, you will be engaging with users across all areas of the business, including senior management, business unit managers, programme and project managers to facilitate the delivery of change.
Due to the nature of the role, we are looking for individuals whom are confident in their own ability to elicit and communicate requirements as their will be a large amount of autonomy with this position which will allow you to not only drive the business forward, but excel your own career as you take on further responsibilities and additional training and development is offered.
In return for your support, we are offering a salary up to £60,000 (Dependant on experience), plus benefits inclusive of a hybrid working arrangement, pension & health care.
