Application Support Engineer (Windows Networks TCP/IP). Do you want to utilise and develop your Application Support Engineer skills within a technically challenging environment? You could be joining a global FinTech that build flagship real-time, mission critical internet trading systems, Broker Trading and Exchange Trading System gateways.

As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional platform support to a number of external clients. Some of your day to day duties will include providing technical support to clients, managing inbound phone calls and the ticketing system, and proactively monitoring the system and escalating more complex issues where necessary. This role has excellent career progression prospects with opportunities to move into senior technical consultancy positions.

Requirements:

Previous experience within an Application Support Engineer role

Client support / application support background

Experience supporting complex systems in Windows environments

Good knowledge of Networks (TCP/IP, Ping, Trace Route)

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Desirable: German speaker
