Agile Delivery Manager - £70,000 to £85,000 - 95% Remote (Occasional travel to office in Kent)

Project Overview:
Our client a leading Fin-Tech corporation, based in the heart of Kent is about to embark on a transformation as revolutionise their core web based application. They require an Agile Delivery Manager to help develop a world class product which will be built within a SaaS AWS environment and which will help finance companies tackle complex problems. Ideally, the chosen Agile Deliver Manager will a strong understanding of Data Driven, Agile Scrum, Jira, SDLC and AWS Fin-Tech start up's. This a permanent opportunity paying up to £75,000 with strong benefits and hybrid working.

As a Delivery Manager, you will work closely with product and engineering teams, report on the delivery of the product roadmap, be an escalation point for all delivery prioritisation issues and work with stakeholders to resolve them.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in an agile environment. You will have proven experience managing Development teams from inception to delivery with excellent knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Skill requirements:

• Financial exposure, ideally Fin-Tech or Banking (essential)
• Previous experience as a programme/product/technology/platform delivery manager
• An experienced leader capable of developing an in-depth understanding of your Product and representing at all levels within the organisation.
• Experience in successfully engaging groups of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and other project execution methodologies
• Experience monitoring and managing product delivery and proactively managing stakeholder expectations across multiple work streams.
• Experience balancing conflicting and changing demands through prioritisation and a pragmatic approach.
• Experience in tech delivery, especially modern CI/CD
• Coach teams to facilitate continuous improvement and apply the most appropriate agile practices and techniques.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, JIRA and Confluence.

• Experience in the Financial/Banking sector.
• Credit Risk experience
• Entrepreneurial background or experience working wearing many hats!
