Regional Quality Manager

Homebased, overseeing multiple sites in the UK

£40,000-£45,000 + 10% Performance Bonus + Holiday + Pension (up to 10%) + Sick Pay + Company Benefits

The day to day responsibility for this role will be to manage and lead Quality systems across multiple sites within the UK. The successful candidate will be the "go to person" to lead, review and implement pFMEA processes working with customers and internal departments.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Senior Quality Engineer or Quality Manager, with a background in engineering or metallurgy and knowledge of zero defect techniques. .

The Role:

*Managing Quality Management system

*Maintaining process and manufacturing standards

*Lean practices and Continuous Improvements

The Person:

*Quality Manager

* Senior Quality Engineer or Lead Quality Engineer who are looking to progress into leadership encouraged to apply

*Quality engineering background

*Relevant industry knowledge - Aerospace, Automotive, Defence or similar etc.

*Knowledge of Materials Science/Metallurgy advantageous
