Senior Product Manager - £650 - OIR35 - HybridOverview:
Our client, a growing financial tech start up based in the heart for Kent is recruiting Product Manager to lead a team of three product owner as our client looks to scale-up and transform their core application. The ideal applicant will have previous experience working for a Fin-Tech start up that is looking to scale-up. Any experience to Credit, Customers, or Banking would be highly advantageous. This is a 6 month contract vacancy paying up to £650 PD OUTSIDE IR 35 to be based in Chatham on a hybrid basis.
One of the key areas of scaling the business is the ability to integrate with multiple systems within different functional areas. Our plan is to implement multiple integrations on the basis of expected customer demand i.e.: integrate in advance! This is to make the on boarding of new clients simple, fast, and efficient. The framework for all integrations will need to include the generics associated with integrations of sending data, importing data, structural and field-based transformation. The role will have a team of business analysts, UI Design, Technical Architects and Developers reporting into it on a project basis. Role & Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of data management, API's and UI, as well as experience working with internal stakeholders and clients to deliver a user experience tailored to the needs of international users. Take the Business Requirements, define the technical pathway to deliver such requirements and manage the end-to-end process.
New features implemented are Scalable, Maintainable, Easy to Use, And Portable.
Share vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution.
Work with current clients and prospects to determine value in our offering.
Participate in planning sessions to define features, resolve dependencies and perform data-driven prioritisation in an agile working environment.
Understand strategic and competitive position and deliver products that focus on providing our customers with a comprehensive offering and unique experience.
Skills & Experience:
Experience managing products through their entire lifecycle with a track record of successful delivery of multiple software/SaaS products.
Related experience in technical product management, building software products, in particular data integration of systems in the cloud, from feature design and development to release.
8+ years product role experience
Experience with databases, storage and application platforms.
Experience in Agile frameworks
Experience with Integration
Nice to have:
Experience in the Financial/Banking sector.
Credit Risk experience
Entrepreneurial background or experience working wearing many hats!
