Technical Writer London to £90k

As a Technical Writer, you will be the first dedicated person within the company to solely focus on building out high quality technical documentation. As the company have a lot of complex APIs and SDKs, clear and precise technical documentation is required to ensure seamless user experiences for partners and customers. A typical day for you might involve structuring, writing, or updating conceptual content, tutorials, and API /SDK documentation, contributing to building tools and processes that make documentation more efficient and scalable, and shaping the department with a view of potentially growing out a successful team around you.

This role is currently fully remote however, post Covid it is preferable that you attend the London based office 1 day a week to be able to attend meetings and social activities.

Requirements:

You have experience writing technical documentation for complex APIs and SDKs

You are likely to be from a develop background or have an ability to read basic code

You can clearly and precisely communicate technical concepts

You are skilled in organising documentation and making it easy to understand and follow

You have excellent communication and collaboration skills
