I’m looking for an experienced and well rounded Agile Delivery Manager to work across Software Development Teams within fintech. The Agile Delivery Manager will be driving performance across the teams. You will be working closely with the Heads of department and facilitating full Agile work planning, Sprint planning, Retros etc. You will have the option to work flexibly with part-remote options, 2 days in the office per week.

Deliverables:

• Ability to work across multiple Agile Teams
• CI outlook
• Coaching and supporting colleagues
• Update squad process metrics and artifacts for comms with Product Owners
• Conveying data and metrics to key stakeholders and other key members within the team
• Recording spend in R&D
• Stakeholder management at all levels
• Looking at ways to implement and improve currently technology and processes
