Technical Business AnalystOur client is now hiring a Technical Business Analyst who is seeking a new challenge, the ideal candidate will be required to supply service support Group Delivery Services. The RoleAs the Technical Business Analyst, you will have full responsibility for their service platforms and for one or more small projects.The successful candidate will be required to work from either Hatfield HQ or from home as this is a hybrid role.The ResponsibilitiesLiaise with colleagues to ensure best practice and continual improvement in delivery of service to the businessOwn the request management ticketing queues to the agreed process and procedures, completing the relevant due diligence before assigning to the relevant fulfilment team.Assess situations, issues and opportunities and escalate when appropriate.Establishes productive relationships and networks at an operational level to build and maintain customer relationships.Supports processes in line with Computacenter Information Security Policies.
