Business Consultant | NPPV3 or SC Cleared Jefferson Frank are currently supporting a leading organisation in the pursuit of an experienced NPPV3 or SC Cleared Business Consultant to join them on a contract basis. Key Business Consultant skills and experience: Active NPPV3 or SC Clearance - EssentialExperienced BA skills - able to help the business articulate their requirements. - Proficient in the production of wireframes, use cases and process maps.Experience of leading, delivering and agreeing proposals with a client.Experience of working with public sector/policing organisations Key Business Consultant Responsibilities: * A trusted adviser to our client and their portfolio's providing a view of propositions and solutions in delivery and relating these to business goals and challenges.

* Support the business planning process through the provision of specialist advice

* Provide IT specialist advice to appropriate approvals and governance bodies, including attendance at meetings

* Support the development of business strategy through contribution to corporate strategy documents; and undertaking specific strategy studies

* Help define requirements for improving processes and systems, reducing their costs, enhancing their sustainability, and the quantification of potential business benefits.
