The Role We are recruiting an IT Services Logistics/Supply Manager to join our London office. You will manage the company's supply of products and services. The responsibilities include strategizing the inventory and find cost-effective deals and suppliers. This role is the key connection between the IT Services Team and the Senior Leadership Team, interacting with key stakeholders and ensures our IT Service support is best in class, evolving as the business continues with ambitious growth plans going into 2022. No two days are the same; you will need to be dynamic, solution focused and proactive in your approach to your work with a collaborative leadership style suited to a fast paced environment driven by innovation. Your responsibilities will include: Strategically plan and manage logistics, for our software and hardware Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels and delivery times Arrange warehouse, catalogue goods, plan routes and process's Resolve any arising problems or complaints Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries Examine and test existing contracts Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company Our office is based in London, it is expected you will need to be in the office 2/3 days a week with working from home an option for the remainder of the week. The role reports to our IT Network and Services Manager About you: Excellent communication skills in English; verbal and?written? Good interpersonal skills, flexibility and customer service?focus? Highly motivated and driven to deliver results through effective team work Able to meet?deadlines?and prioritise tasks?effectively?
