Information Security Specialist - Hybrid Working - Up to £60,000Here at Modis we are proud to be working with one of the biggest names in the automotive industry who are currently looking to add an Information Security Specialist to their growing team.As an established Information Security Specialist or an Analyst looking for the next step in their career you will be providing consultancy in all areas of the business regarding information security. You will act as a knowledge leader and subject matter expert for the Technology and Business teams with respect to cyber and information risk identification, mitigation and remediation. You will be expected to work predominately remote but with a visit once or twice a month to one of their many offices located all over the country.The candidate should have experience relating to Operational security/Security engineering as this will be the focus of the position.We are looking for someone who can contribute to the design, implementation, operation and maintenance of the Information Security Management System. Someone from an Infrastructure or Network background with security experience is ideal. They will also be able to influence security best practice while ensuring information security requirements are fully considered and implemented as part of the design throughout the products and projects life cycle.In essence, we are looking for someone with years of experience as an Information Security Specialist or an Analyst looking for the next exciting step in their career. Anyone with a good IT background within Network or Infrastructure who is excited about learning more elements of security will be highly considered.
