I'm currently sourcing for permanent Senior AX Developer!

Depending on your experience my client is paying 120-140K

They are the fastest growing cigar company in the country, and leading online and direct marketer of fine cigars

* What version of AX are you running on today? AX 2012

* If not D365 F&O, what is the thought process as a business upgrading? No

* What is the reason for the hire? Need additional AX support specifically with Retail POS as we are expanding retail.

* Who would they report to? Michelle Mullen

* What Flexibility do we have on the candidate not having retail POS experience, as an AX Developer, the coding language is the same, the only difference would just be industry knowledge which is easier to train. Strongly prefer POS, willing to consider other candidates to expand the pool

* As per the Salary Guide I shared (Pg. 72), the salary of $110K is not market average for the level we are looking for, we would be looking closer to $120-$140K + Bonus + Benefits for this skillset. We budgeted 120K w/ benefits. This position is not bonus eligible.

o Retail POS experience is also even more of a niche skillset than just a pureplay AX Developer got it.

* What is the companies policy on this role being 100% remote, even after COVID-19 WFH policies? We are open minded to remote and willing to do so.

o With the candidate market for AX Developers only being around C.1000 in the USA, our pool is very tight, having this onsite will make it even tougher.

* Would the business be open to reviewing candidates that require a TN Visa, or H1b Sponsorship? Yes, if needed.
