CTO (Chief Technology Officer) - Hybrid WorkingSalary: Up to 170K (added bonus scheme)What are we all about? We are trusted by over 12,000 UK businesses to deliver and we're now searching for a dynamic, energised, and experienced CTO to help accelerate our core technology (r)evolution as our business continues its impressive growth trajectory.By joining the Senior Leadership team as CTO, you will be responsible for driving the Core Technology Strategy and Plan throughout our business.With your experience, knowledge, and flair, you'll lead and motivate your team, creating a high-performance, world-class, non-siloed Technology Ecosystem.This will span all aspects of our business operations, products, and services, helping to both stabilize our technology platforms and services, and solidly position the business for continued aggressive growth.
