D.365 FO Support Consultant - Copenhagen40.000 - 60.000 DKK + pension and benefits I'm working with an international End User of Danish origin, on a key internal D.365 FO Support Consultant role in Copenhagen.My client is an enterprise-level leader in transportation and logistics across northern Europe and is currently in the early stages of a long term migration to D.365 FO, which will be several years before being fully operational.Investing heavily in their IT, they have internal teams responsible for ERP and CRM, Business Intelligence and Data, Azure cloud and infrastructure and others. There are two teams responsible for ERP - the project/implementation team and the operations/support team, where this position lies.Key tasks will include:Helping create a new strategy to support the business for D.365 FO requirements.2nd Level support of the system and its users and Superusers.Business process optimisation.Ticket handling.Support of add-ons such as LasernetTheir ideal candidate will possess:Good hands-on experience with AX/D.365 FO operations + supportExperience/knowledge of finance modules (procure to pay, order to cash, AP, AR) and business processes (or a desire to learn)Someone who's comfortable communicating in English with different departments in multiple global locationsThe ability to learn and work with different ISV product experienceExperience doing system testingThey offer their employees many benefits, such as discounts on services, health cover and lunch scheme.
