o Overall 12+ years' experience in implementing large MS CRM applications especially on D365

o Extensive knowledge and experience in architecture, developing, implementing, and integrating business solutions built with Microsoft Dynamics CRM

o Must have at least 5+ years hands-on experience on Microsoft Dynamics CRM & design and development experience, specifically developing web services and database applications using a variety of technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, Javascript, SQL, and SQL Reporting Services (SSRS) and successfully integrate with Dynamics CRM

o Must have lead Architecture, design, and development of at-least 3 Dynamics CRM integration projects with legacy/in-house applications and at least 2 implementations on D365

o Must have good experience leading at least one project on data migration into Dynamics 365

o Experience with deployment of Dynamics CRM solution on hand-held devices preferred

o Experience in post implementation support and maintenance

o Well versed with different versions of .NET Framework, WPF, C# programming, CRM SDK, SQL Server

o Experience in designing and deploying SSRS custom reports/Dashboards with Dynamics CRM

o Good understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Authentication, Windows Networking, Performance and Security aspects

o Experience with advanced web development technologies used with the XRM platform would be preferred, including ReactJS, JSON, WCF, oData, jQuery

o Must have working knowledge of Power Platforms

o Must have strong communication skills and be comfortable in speaking with stakeholders at all levels

o Ability to establish priorities, work independently and lead development of Dynamics CRM solution
