Websphere Engineer / Banking / Contract / London / £550-£615pd Inside IR35 via Umbrella My top banking client is looking for a Websphere Engineer to join their expanding team in London; although there will be a hybrid working policy.What the role will entail:The successful candidate will be focused on project delivery and will cover all technical aspects of the program's implementation lifecycle.You will be responsible for Installing, Upgrading and Configuring WebSphere Application Server (WAS), and building middleware infrastructure for the design.The candidate must possess:5+ years of IT experience (Banking/Financial Services experience preferential)Knowledge of WAS scriptingProficient in WebSphere Liberty Application Server 21 or WebSphere Application Server 8.5 / 9Great WebLogic skillsPrevious experience of automation work desirableThey are offering an initial 3 - month contract, with a very high chance of extension, and are looking at taking someone on ASAP.
