IT Architect Location:Stockholm Company description:This company has seen continuous growth over the past few years and still continues to grow at a rapid rate. An international player in the automotive industry, this company is now looking for an IT architect to join the team and ensure the development and implementation of assigned projects in digitization and IT. The successful applicant will also be involved with the continuous development, management, and operation of these aspects. Role:As the IT Architect, you will be directly responsible for ensuring that the requirements have been met in a good and comprehensive solution design/architecture, as well as coordinating the projects and performing quality assurance of the IT delivery. Your main focus will be to ensure that IT's holistic view of the organization's IT structure develops and supports the business. As the IT Architect, you will act as the link between those who develop the technology and those who use it, translating business requirements into technical specifications and IT orders. An ideal candidate for this position will have these desired skills:A good understanding of process and business development within ITA comprehensive understanding of IT Architecture and an ability to document this adequatelyStrong requirements management and analytical skills (AS-IS and TO-BE)Ideally 3+ years within a system development/system architectureIdeally around 5+ years' experience working in a relevant environmentGood understanding of integration within ERP systems (SAP)Experience with CRM, ideally SalesforceHigh quality written and verbal English skillsGood collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skillsA development background is beneficial; Coding isn't a requirement for this role but a strong technical understanding is requiredIncentives offered:Pension plan5000 SEK per year in health benefits.Hybrid split of 2 days in the office, 3 days from home600 additional SEK per month for the remote work (available after 3-month probation)Car allowanceFree breakfastUp to 40 hours per year for training and education purposes.
