E-Invoicing Manager

Location: Remote

Duration: 12 Months (minimum)

IR35 Status: Inside

Rate: up to £290/day

Working in contract, for our major, international client, you will: manage the overall e-invoicing Operation; and develop knowledge to define/integrate tools and processes on current and future strategies into Controllership organization

Responsibilities:

* Governance Lead: Manage the Approved Governance model and communications

- Ensure all roles in governance understand R&R and execute accordingly

- Ensure full alignment on Project with PMs, stakeholders towards full deployment and Compliance

* E-Invoicing Operations Management

- Manage requests, change orders and collaborate on RCBs

- Quarterly reviews on operations

- Maintain governance model running and updated

* 3rd Party Vendor Management

- Manage relationship from Business standpoint in collaboration with Global Procurement

- Review/approve requests, SOWs and work along with IT to integrate both Business and IT requirements in one single effort

* Internal Relationships with Taxes, Accounting, and any Operational area needed

* Accountable for budget Management related to e-invoicing operations and Projects

* Audit & Compliance: Ensure business controls, metrics, Process documentation, records retention

* Business Continuity plans

* Liaison and collaboration with WW e-invoicing organization - understand the vision on e-invoicing

* Pursue a Business understanding of key areas and processes that will allow contribution to strategic decisions and Process optimization

* Participate in External Forums on E-invoicing related topics
