ERP Business Analyst - Global ERP Projects - £70,000This month I have been working alongside a global solutions provider company in their hunt to secure a strong ERP Business Analyst. The role will see you managing an ERP implementation across 6 continents - despite being a global company my client have selected D365 Business Central as their finance and accounting system, the project scope will start in the UK and will be rolled out globally.The focus for this client is to secure an ERP or Dynamics BA with a drive for success, this way anyone who secures the position is able to interact confidently with their ERP providers globally and help support the company's growth. As this is an ERP Business Analyst position full-lifecycle ERP project experience is essential.The company are specifically looking for someone who has experience in end to end D365 Business Central implementations however ERP (SAP, ORACLE, etc) candidates who want to cross-train into this market will also be considered strong applicants. For this client they are really looking for someone who stands out from the crowd and is able to handle high pressured environments whilst managing different cultures and teams globally.The client are implementing D365 Business Central across the group meaning you'll be joining the celebrated company in a pivotal point of its growth. A base salary ranging £65,000 - £75,000 (experience dependent) Company benefits - flexitime, home-based - amazing company culture and global travel opportunities D365 Business Central experience and certifications offered Company revenue is predicted to reach £700 million this year - potential to access to company shares & discounts What skills are required? 3 years of work experience as a Business Analyst - strong understanding of gathering requirements, analysis of business processes and data migration etc Experience with ERP systems ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Navision/Business Central implementations however the client understand that in this position the skill are transferable so any ERP experience is desirable Ability to positively joining a growth global Team and be managed over MS Teams and occasional face to face Past experience with supporting Consultants, Developers and Support Consultant/Partner or Reseller experience - nice to have Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with others and independently What are the responsibilities: Oversee the D365 Business Central Implementation across multiple global departments Understand the business to contextualise with need Be able to express ideas within the team but also deliver solutions at senior management and board level Work to strict timescales and agreed standard Be dynamic in adapting to changes, for example to incorporate acquisitions into the reporting framework on a timely basis Be in-directly responsible for the extraction from the source of financial data and ensuring that data is correctly transformed and mapped Develop and maintain existing reports in the Group's agreed reporting platform to deliver business-critical information to users across the Group Challenge the design of D365 BC systems/ERP and reports to help improve the provision of information Support and work with the Group's data extractions and transformation teams to ensure the correct data is available in the correct format Interested?
