Senior SOC Analyst - SOC, Security, Cyber, Analyst, Threats, intelligence, £50,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience) + benefits, Central London - hybrid working model

One of the world's most prestigious cyber security organisations who started from humble beginnings with just a handful of colleagues now has an attractive opening for a Senior SOC Analyst to join their highly gifted team. They are pioneers in a fascinating field who are continuously breaking the boundaries of technologies.

The type of person we would hope to speak with will be experienced within at least one of the following areas please: SOC (security operations centre), threat intelligence, security analysis, threat hunting or a related title please. Sound understanding of the cyber security landscape with a breadth of experience to offer. Areas or technologies that you might have proven experience with could include incident response, investigations, network traffic monitoring, network defence, reverse engineering, SIEM (security information and event management), compliance & audits, SOAR (security orchestration and automation), vulnerability analysis, InfoSec, ethical hacking, cyber incidents.

The above is by no means an exhaustive list but hopefully gives you some insight.

Someone that has held a position as a team leader or has the characteristic traits to lead a team, mentored more Junior members to success as the softer skills are just as important to us as the technical skills for this one.

Genuinely want to work for a fast-paced cyber security organisation where change is the norm.

Any supporting security certifications could be beneficial, but the individual is the key here, finally must have exceptional communication skills both written and verbally with a high level of accuracy.
