Lead Business AnalystExperis is currently recruiting for a Lead Business Analyst for a central Government client. My client is looking for a Lead Business Analyst with a solid background in Government Digital Service, GDS assessment experience, along with strong stakeholder collaboration and management.

Skills/Experience

Ensure outcomes are aligned with service vision and business strategy by contributing to the link between current and future business models and delivering to the business architectureFacilitate collaboration and lead effective communication with all stakeholders to support design, build and delivery to meet the user needsUnderstand, define and translate the solution/the service based on user needsChallenge constructively and act critically to achieve solutions that are fit for purpose.Develop and build the product backlog - functional and non-functional requirementsCoordinate user story/requirement activities, their validation and sign-offLead the evaluation of requirements against the present state and the target stateLead on and identified benefits analysis Develop potential costings and understand viability of service.Align with GDS Service Standards
