We are now looking to recruit an IT Officer on a 12 month, fixed-term contract with the potential of becoming permanent.

The Role

As an IT Officer, you will gain practical experience and skills in IT and receive exceptional training to be able to monitor and maintain our computer systems and networks.

You will be taught how to perform technical fault diagnoses and provide user support to our staff, both in the office and remotely.

With a mentor for support, you will learn how to perform system and network maintenance, configure equipment and install software and upgrades across our locations.

About You

To be considered as an IT Officer, you will need:

- Experience solving complex problems
- A strong working knowledge of MS Office
- A ‘can-do' attitude and to be motivated to learn
- To be passionate about all things IT and how it influences business
- At least five GCSEs at grade 4 or C and above or equivalent, including English, maths and IT

A higher level qualification would be beneficial to your application.
