Richmond, London - Hybrid Remote (Office 1-2 times a month)

Amazing opportunity for a skilled Back End developer who is looking to put their own stamp on a growing business where you will be recognised and valued as the 'go to' expert!

Established back in 2015, this business is recognised as a highly innovative technology company that develop a unique consumer electronic product used within the health and wellbeing sectors. Now moving into the B2B market, they are looking for an experienced Back End Developer who can help them make this transition!

You will be responsible for becoming the 'go to' backend developer working with Java, Spring, MongoDB making use of the GCP software infrastructure. This role holds interesting challenges and ones that are expected to come from working with a real-world hardware, software and electronic product with multiple user interfaces (Mobile included).

You will be working as the sole Backend Developer within the business, the go to engineer that delivers outstanding service, working as a part of cross functional team working on a variety of app development.

The role:

* Java, Spring, MongoDB and Cloud (GCP)

* Backend development of a consumer electronic product used in the health and wellbeing industry

* You will be the 'go to' sole back-end developer within a software development team

* Unit and Regression testing

* Migrating to CI/CD system tailored to the platform

* Developing mobile API and internal websites

* Flexible working, hybrid remote set up

The person:

* Passionate about backend development

* Experienced in Spring, Java, MongoDB

* Cloud experience in either AWS or Azure or GCP (Google cloud)
