Quantity Surveyor Role

£25,000-50,000 + Performance based bonus

An incredible opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a highly-respected consultancy firm who specialise in a range of interesting commercial projects.

This company are a consultancy firm with a diverse pipeline of commercial projects. There clients range from Hotel and leisure companies to care homes and retirement villages. They provide an array of project and cost management services to public and private sectors. Having grown through the pandemic they are now looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.

In the role you will be surveying and managing projects from concept through to completion. Your responsibilities will include; responsible for producing cost plans, preparing tendering documentation, evaluating quotations and preparing contract documents, overseeing projects.

The role would therefore ideally suit a Quantity Surveyor with experience in Project Management. You will have experience in Quantity Surveying and Managing projects ranging in size, to time and financial constraints.
