An amazing opportunity for a Technical Support Engineer to join the leading manufacturer of sensors for smart buildings and similar connected technology and support the company's continued growth.

This position would suit an individual looking to join growing company, providing technical support in the Pre, Post and Delivery of sales with great opportunities to progress as the company grows and expands.

Established for over 60 years, our client is a constantly growing, looking expand and to compete across multiple different industries, and is the leading manufacturer of sensors for smart buildings and other related technology. This company is involved in the full cycle of manufacturing and creation of its product as well as the sale of its products, supplying smart-sensor and connectivity solutions.

As a Technical Support you will be required to assist with the sales team in delivering technical support to customers, as well as helping with installation training and the management of products. As a sales technical support, you can expect to be involved with the full cycle of delivery, including integration of products through client and 3rd party projects. While also being able to understand client requirement's and providing guidance on the best solution that best satisfies their needs.

This position is perfect for a Technical Support looking to join a growing but well-established company who has a real desire to take their career forward as well as forming the future development of this growing team.

The role:

* Technical Support

* Technical Knowledge of: IoT, Sensor Hardware, Software, Network + Wireless products

* Experience in customer facing roles

* Experience in providing technical advice and support, interpreting complex information

* Onsite 5 days a week

The Person:

* Technical Support

* Experience in communicating technical information to a variety of stakeholders (Both technical and non-technical)

* Degree or Equivalent in Engineering or relevant subject (Preferred but not essential)

* Self motivated and keen to progress * Onsite 5 days a week
