2nd Line Support Analyst

Fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly expanding and well renowned Managed Service Provider (MSP) on an 11 Month fixed term basis in a highly varied and technical role.

This company is a well-known and respected MSP who are currently working with one of the world's leading F1 Teams. You will have the opportunity to work with this major client, expanding and upgrading their IT Department to ensure they meet the everchanging standards of the 21st century.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting and delivering technical solutions throughout all stages of the ITIL Service lifecycle. You will ensure that all tasks adhere to defined processes, architectural principles, regulatory requirements, corporate compliance and industry best practice. You will identify enhancements to IT Services, processes and procedures and by doing so, improving quality, reliability, availability, security and performance across the IT landscape.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in IT (or equivalent) and will be ITIL certified. You will have experience of: MS Office 365, Active Directory and Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, WAN, LAN). Any Microsoft and/or Cisco certifications are advantageous.

The Role:

*Support and deliver technical solutions throughout all stages of the ITIL service lifecycle

*Identify enhancements to IT services, processes, and procedures, and by doing so, improving the quality, reliability, availability, security and performance across the IT landscape

*Based in Northampton client site 5 days a week

The Person:

*Proven experience in a 2nd/3rd Line support role

*Knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365 and Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, WAN, LAN)

*Ability to problem solve in a technical environment

*ITIL Foundation, CCNA and CompTIA A+ Desirable

*Must be commutable to Northampton
