Junior Helpdesk Support Engineer Hastings to £28k
Junior Helpdesk Support Engineer (1st / 2nd line Office 365). Would you like to progress your career, with continual learning and training opportunities? You could be joining one of the country's leading internet providers (ISP).
As a Junior Helpdesk Support Engineer you will support clients, mainly SMEs across a range of services including Microsoft Cloud Services, data centre hosting and server infrastructure. You'll be collaboratively problem solving within a small team and will be supported to reach your full potential via mentoring and training plans.
You'll join the team in an office by the coast in Hastings and have the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week if desired.
Requirements:
You have commercial experience in a similar IT support role
You're a great communicator and able to form strong working relationships - both internally and with clients to provide excellent customer service
You have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and a good understanding of telephony and broadband technologies
You're familiar with cloud based environments
Knowledge of any of the following would be an advantage but not necessary as you can pick them up on the job: Microsoft Azure, AWS, Hyper-V, VMWare, Windows Server 2016/2019, Exchange Server and Cloud PBX or IP Telephony
