Salesforce Administrator West London £40k to £45k p.a. + bonus + benefits Salesforce Administrator needed for successful technology focused, London based business The Role As Salesforce Administrator you will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of the company CRM platform. Working closely with an internal technical/development team, Sales and Support staff and Salesforce Partner, you will identify, develop and deploy new business processes and improvements across the Salesforce platform. Responsibilities will include: being primary system administrator for the Salesforce environmenthandling admin. functions ( user maintenance / page layouts / reports & dashboards / new field creationworking on key business automations to improve process / save timeautomating processes using core Salesforce toolsidentifying, installing and maintaining appropriate apps from the AppExchangetraining new users and growing Salesforce skill set across the businessforward planning for upgrades, seasonal releases and long-term projects The Company Our London based client is building a new team for their head office. It is home to a fast growing and diverse workforce. The Person As Salesforce Administrator you will have experience in a similar role and ideally Salesforce Admin (ADM201) certification. With a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, and of Salesforce design and development, and with excellent project management skills, you will also have the following skills / knowledge: creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skillsability to communicate effectively with stakeholdersstrong attention to detail, organisation skills, working to deadlinesdocumented history of successful project completionsdemonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex processesSales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant or App Builder certification preferredJIRA and Agile working If you wish to be considered for the role of Head of Delivery, please forward your CV quoting reference 210144CT.
